The situation of the worldwide crisis and their future projections are alarming because, until now, no one can predict the consequences which it can have on the countries’ economy. One of the most damaged sectors will be employment, in order to many enterprises will be affected and will have to reduce their workers, others will be suspended. It will take the enterprises to close their doors causing massive fires.- Work co operatives have played an important role in promoting the population and work creation.- In Argentina many enterprises in crisis have become Private Cooperatives directed by employees.- These enterprises have had successful results, called, in general, enterprises recovered by their workers.- The continuation of the enterprise exploitation through co operatives directed by their workers contemplated in Argentinian legislation, is an example that in a new participative economy, they will be able to have the necessary results for situation of big crisis avoiding, then, massive unemployment.- Argentinian legislation let the continuity of Enterprise failed exploitation through a co operative under the form of work cooperative in which the actual workers and work worthy will participate.-
